About

I am an experienced Product Designer who enjoys solving complex problems and is looking for a new challenge. My goal is to create engaging, user-centered solutions that drive conversions by seamlessly integrating insights from research and analytics into the design process.

I began my career as a graphic designer in the print industry but soon realized that my skills and passion for problem-solving were better suited to digital solutions. For 12 years, I designed an eCommerce SaaS platform that enables retailers to efficiently manage their business needs. I was involved from the initial breakout sessions, and the platform grew into a market leader for grocery and beer, wine, and spirits in North America, Australia, and Ireland.

I have since had the opportunity to focus on a couple customer-facing applications. Firstly with Trojan Track, who provide a convenient health monitoring tool for competitive horses and more recently the National Lottery, by helping improve the customer experiences of their draw and digital scratch card game web and mobile apps.

Competitive analysis, user testing, data analytics, accessibility, and inclusivity are all critical components of my design approach. My aim is to provide the best possible user experience while balancing the needs and expectations of all stakeholders. I collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the most effective solutions.

As a mentor and team leader, I encourage my team members to leverage their strengths while continuously learning and growing. Even in fast-paced environments with ambitious timelines, my emphasis on collaboration helps create a strong team bond, working either on-site or remotely across time zones.
